IREKS is following up the current developments regarding the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 very closely. A specially formed coordination group intensively deals with the new developments on a daily basis and has already taken various preventive measures to counteract the further spread of the coronavirus.
Precisely in this difficult situation, the IREKS Group endeavors to support our customers in maintaining their business activities to supply the population in the best sense, in line with our philosophy of a living partnership. However, the activities of our field staff are being further restricted from day to day, both nationally and internationally, as our customers have also established visit restrictions for their businesses. If measures will be taken to minimise the infection risk, our sales representatives will visit our customers upon their approval and will also provide active support and advice via phone and e-mail. Our customers can therefore continue to rely on our comprehensive service.
