 IBAKTECH 2022At the IBAKTECH Fair, which was held in Istanbul on March 10-13, 2022 and opened its doors to 80,697 visitors from Turkey and abroad, our stand brought traditions and trends in bakery and pastry together and met with intense interest from the visitors.
In addition to our “AROMA & TASTE” products with aroma and flavor profile coming from malts and sourdoughs, our Mondo Lievito Madre product in the bakery was the focal point of our bread buffets.
Especially our buffet consisting of vision cakes, colorful macarons and Lubeca chocolates were presented to the visitors in the pastry side.
We would like to thank all our visitors who came to our stand during the fair, examined our products and shared their opinions and suggestions with us.
