 İBAKTECH 2024At İBAKTECH Fair, which was held in Istanbul between April 24-27, 2024 and opened its doors to 92,482 visitors from Türkiye and abroad, our fair stand brought together the latest trends in the field of baked goods and confectionery baked goods and attracted great interest of its visitors.
In addition to baked goods with poppy-seed prepared with MELLA MOHN GOURMET, chocolate-filled berliners and croissants, our PASTE FOR TASTE product, which combines the aroma and flavour profile of malt and sourdough with the slogan “Taste it”, became the focal point of our fair stand.
Beside our gluten-free and vegan products, our LUBECA chocolate and DREIDOPPEL ice cream were particularly interesting products we presented.
In the area of confectionery baked goods, especially our LUBECA chocolate and cakes prepared using our DREIDOPPEL flavours were presented to the visitors. The meringue pastries prepared with SCHAUMTRAUM brought the flavour to the next level.
