 |  | | Field Service: National Sales Manager (m/f)For an interesting and varied position within the UK, we are looking for you as National Sales Manager (m/f). The position: - You are the link between the Field Staff and the Export Sales Management at head office in Germany.
- You are responsible for the further development of the Field Staff team in regard to selling, technology and organisation.
- You will be the main contact person for trading partners.
- You will look after existing and acquire new Key Account Customers.
- You will devise, monitor and accompany sales promotion measures.
Your ideal profile: - You have a permanent residence in the UK.
- Ideally, you live centrally within the UK.
- You are an experienced baker or confectioner or you are from the trade.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience leading a sales team.
- You are willing to travel (within the UK but occasionally to Germany).
- You are able to use your own initiative, like working in a team and enjoy being responsible for dealing with new challenges from customers in the bakery trade.
- Knowledge of the German language would be helpful, is not imperative, however.
