Contract and Business Law (m/f)To give support at our headquarters in Kulmbach, we are looking for a Legal professional for Contract and Business Law (m/f) for a challenging and varied position. Your tasks: - Counselling of Departments and Management in legal questions
- Searching for and coordination of external lawyers specialised in certain fields of law
- Compiling legal representations for the preparation of corporate decisions
- Legal support during projects with a national and international reference
- Practice-orientated drafting of contracts, also within an international framework
- Internal minute-keeping
Your profile: - Successfully completed degree in law, ideally following commercial training
- Job experience befitting the post in the private sector or in a larger law firm
- Wide basic knowledge with special experience in corporate, insurance, copyright and trademark law
|  | - Confident written and spoken knowledge of English, other foreign languages welcome
- Team and communication capabilities, ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, confident manner, trustworthiness
- Ability to present complex legal facts in an understandable way
- Very good MS-Office knowledge
- Willingness to travel
